"The goal of our research is to understand the functions of the polymeric protein modification poly(ADP-ribose) -- or pADPr -- on various aspects of cell biology such as cell division and stress responses. This image shows enrichment of pADPr at spindle poles using a novel reagent. pADPr is required for mitotic spindle formation."
