We differentiated a mammary stem cell model system and fluorescently labeled the subsequent population with markers of specific cell states. By differentiating our mammary stem cell model system, we can follow the cells throughout their development. Utilizing immunofluorescence for known markers, we can track whether the mammary stem cells developed into the anticipated cell state.
