The images are of dopaminergic neurons differentiated from iPSC. The dopaminergic neurons marked by tyrosine hydroxidase (TH in red) differentiate as balls of neurons (MAP2 in green) These images were taken to assess the end point of differentiating iPSC to specific neuronal types. And in this case, the image shows successful differentiation of iPSCs to dopaminergic neurons

I study the cell biology of opioid addiction. It is known that opioids increase dopamine production by dopaminergic neurons and in turn impact the nucleus accumbens in the brain. I am trying to model this using iPSC derived neurons.
