Genetic Manipulation of a Neuron

This image is showing the connections between neurons (in cyan) and muscles (in red). Specifically, it shows a genetic manipulation in one neuron (green) that innervates one muscle. To achieve this, I expressed Green Fluorescent Proteins (GFP) in only one neuron at the neuromuscular junction of the fruit fly.
